This patient portal serves patients for both Sleep Management Institute and YourMD.

Sleep Management Institute is the area's largest independent provider for sleep disorder services and is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. As the area's largest independent sleep center we are truly able to provide an incredible value by combining the highest quality of care for the lowest price.

YourMD is a separate practice from Sleep Management Institute.  YourMD is Dr. Corser's concierge medical practice which offers access to medical services 24 hours a day through his office, e-mail, or cell-phone. Same day visits are provided for urgent issues. In order to provide this level of service, Dr. Corser's patients pay an annual retainer as members of his concierge medical practice.

We support our patients having access to their health information through the Patient Portal. Beyond the Patient Portal, we can enable certain mobile apps that meet requisite technical specification and security requirements to provide you access to your health information in a safe and secure way. Currently no mobile apps have been configured to connect to our system. Our portal will be updated if any additional apps become available for you to use to access your health information.
